New Client Portal

Good morning…  A lot of customers have asked me about implementing a site where they can submit work orders and follow up on them.  I am happy to announce that we have purchased a system to allow us to do this.  The software is Help Desk Software by h2desk.  Some of the features that will be available to you include:

  • Open Support Tickets
  • Upload Files Relevant to the Case
  • Download Files we make Available to Customers
  • Search the Knowledgebase

To open a ticket and create an account—go to the top of any of my web pages and click on Client Portal.  If its your first time logging on—click on  Create Account and enter your information.  When you revisit the site, you can login with your credentials and follow up on old cases and open new ones.

The system will alert you via email when a work order status has changed.
