It has been a really wierd month…  A lot of changes for the good…  Lately I have been finding myself pondering things (guess it comes with old age!).  I recently came by the lyrics for Metalingus from Alter Bridge.  I read it a couple of times and found some comfort in the lyrics and thought I would post them:

Just got back from the Citrix Summit conference—best conference I have attended in the past 10 years.  Learned a lot and seen many new products and features that will be coming in 2009.  I will write more about that later..

Anyway, I was going through a weeks worth of mail and came across this quote in GolfWorld.  The quote is from Greg Norman (Captain of the 2009 International Presidents Cup Team).  When Greg was asked how his charges will match up against the US Team led by team captain Fred Couples, his response was:

As I have gotten older—I am trying to enjoy life a little more.  My old job did not afford me the time to go and leave town and forget about consulting for a while.  Now that I work at Dunlap Memorial Hospital and run my own consulting business—I have more time to take off and go on weekend getaways.

My wife and I recently visited Cincinnati.  One of the highlights of the trip was going to Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden.  Here are some pictures if you are interested…
